Abstract:
The main purpose of Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) is to aggregate data from natural and manmade resources. In this process various sensor nodes senses data and disseminates them to the data aggregation centre termed as Sink node, which acts as a bridge between real time and digital world. This data dissemination process must be proper without node failures, data loss, and redundant occurrence of packets in order to provide a better Quality Of Service (QOS). Various data dissemination schemes in WSN are studied in this paper aiming to achieve a better QOS in the platform of data aggregation.
