To Detect & Display Thread Breakage in TFO (Two for One) Machine to Make Process Efficient

Abstract:

In this project system will detect the thread breakage in TFO (Two for one) machine and then it will display that number of bobbin in common display provided for worker, so that worker will alert and fill that broken thread in bobbin again and process will continue. Now with this display one light indication is also provided because if there are more than one breakage at a time in TFO then it will continuous alert worker that all breakage is solved or not.
