Abstract:

Exhaust heater is a concept which comes from automobile exhaust gas and coffee heater. In automobile there is some amount of heat energy wasted in the form of exhaust gas. The exhaust gas has some temperature when it emits from the combustion chamber and it releases to the atmosphere. This is wasted and had no use. This amount of heat is used for warm-up the water and to make a coffee with the process of heat transfer. Generally the coffee is made with help of electric energy and LPG but same process can be performed by alternative energy (exhaust gas). The concept of exhaust heater is used in automobile for human comfort, utilize the energy and also the impact on global warming. Waste heat recovery system is the best way to recover waste heat and saving the fuel.
