Abstract:
In design and analysis of porous rectangular fins with varying heat flux, designing and analysis of rectangular fin array is carried out under forced convection, modification of the same array is done to increase effectiveness. The sole purpose is to verify increase in effectiveness of fin due to the modification like micro holes or micro channels. These are drilled using laser on the designed fins. The Experimental analysis is to be carried out on a setup which is also designed considering the required parameters. Finally, the experimental calculations are done by varying air flow and temperature at various conditions to obtain result which is likely to be increase in effectiveness.
